I am surprised that you gained from pills, almost skeptical. More than likely, if you were measuring right, those gains were not from pills. Did you do any kind of PE while you were on them? Are you sure you were measuring correctly and consistently? I am not questioning your honesty, but I don’t think I have ever read on here about someone making gains from pills, especially 3/4 ” in 4 months from them.
If you are looking into starting PE I would recommend the Newbie Routine or the Babbis routine.
