Hey I just got 1200mg pills of fish oil and 500mgpills of l-arginine. Can I take both pills at the same time, or am I not suppose to mix and match pills? Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated.

What are these supplements for?

You can take them at the same time. BTW how much of the L-arganine will you be taking total in a day??

Actually , fishoil is to be taken with food, and Arginine gives better performance in empty stomach.

I’m not sure how much of each I’ll be taking. I’m going to just start with one pill of each a day and do that for a week or two and see if I notice any change. Bloom2perish, I’m taking these pills b/c of some performance problems / insecurities in bed (see prior post “problems w performance”). I’ll start taking the fish oil with food and the arginine either mid-afternoon or at night.I’ll post any changes.
