Supplements for Skin Elasticity

This should probably be in the supplements forum but I don’t have access there. I’m very fluent in supplementology and was researching what might prevent stretch marks for pregnant women. I thought if something can support that type of growth it should be good for PE. A lot of misinformation there due to people selling crap (much like PE). Many saying there is nothing that will prevent stretch marks (probably proliferated by those selling products and laser treatments for stretch marks).

I did some research and came up with things that should support skin elasticity.

1. Hyaluronic acid (aka Type 2 Collagen).

2. Vitamins C and K especially also E, A and D, then B-complex bringing up the rear

3. Lutien (one study I saw showed an 8% increase in skin elasticity)

4. Lycopene - inhibits the enzyme that degrades collagen

5. Sulfur foods like Garlic which contains Taurine and Lipoic Acid

6. Jojoba Oil externally can protect and hydrate the skin. Aloe internally or externally is extremely skin friendly

7. Unsupported claim about Coconut oil (which is very good internally for any type of yeast removal)

I have used Jojoba and Avocado oil for a couple of hours at a time and left me very elastic (not to mention smooth).
