Supplement for jelq recovery-repair

Is there a supplement too speed up the process of healing after a jelq session? Or rather to aid it?

The only supplement I know if is rest. Affordable and easy.

Give yourself a break even long breaks are even better do not get obsessive about it

Zinc is your best bet. Take it alone or in a multi-vitamin, it should be all you need.
