As I am a no-ob I have been doing just 10 minutes stretching along with jelqing!

Question is how long should I be holding the stretch, right now I’m doing just 5 secs, should it be longer, have a feeling it should be!


You can get answers all over the map here, but I think 30 seconds is a good minimum time to hold a stretch.

You need more than 5 sec imo.
Like it was said, 30 sec is a good place to start, and maybe work your way up to 2 min, even 5 sometimes.

As a newbie, 10 min is a good total time, but increase it along the weeks. Hmm, no finally bad advice. When you start seeing gains, keep the routine like it is. That’s a good advice.
