now i’m doing as warmup my penis for a 5mins in warm water
then i’ll stretch 5 times in each direction 30sec for each stretch.
After this i start jelqing for about 15mins and then i’ll do a warm down.

Do you always have to stretch and jelq or jelq stretch or can you do warm up and stretch in the morning and in the evening warm up and jelq?
Or is this the best way like i’m doing now?



You can stretch any time you want You can also stretch at work any time you go to the bathroom, you can stretch in bed. If you have the time do them together if you don’t stretch whenever.


But for a before stretching i’ll have to do a hotwrap?



I don’t always use a hot wrap, but I’m wrong it is better to do it with a hot wrap. I don’t have the time sometimes.


I stretch once in the morning for about 15 mins in the shower and at night, after work and another shower, which also serves as a warm-up for the ligs. The evening stretch is followed by my regular workout routine.

Vipe, a doc years ago, when breaking my leg told me that stretching any accessible ligament in your body has the greatest effect when done in conjunction with a hot bath. I had to stretch the ligs in my knee at that time, and was only allowed to do it in warm water. It took around 3 - 4 weeks to get my leg back in working order.
