now i’m doing as warmup my penis for a 5mins in warm water
then i’ll stretch 5 times in each direction 30sec for each stretch.
After this i start jelqing for about 15mins and then i’ll do a warm down.
Do you always have to stretch and jelq or jelq stretch or can you do warm up and stretch in the morning and in the evening warm up and jelq?
Or is this the best way like i’m doing now?
