I’m starting to stretch the tunica are there any stretches that anyone has ever done that has given them the best length gains from stretching the tunica not the ligs?

I have searched the forums and have some in mind but i want advice from members about the best length gains you have got from certian stretches and routines.

Can you also point out how long you had to stretch the tunica to see gains?

How much intensity?

Did you stretch 7 days a week?

And did you wear a ADS?

Tunica tugs, A stretch, and V stretch come to my mind right away. 3-4 point A and V stretches are really good once you have the basic A & V stretch down.
