Still losing my gains

Still losing my gains

So last night I noticed all of my gains were gone. I don’t know what I could’ve done to make them completely vanish like that. My girth, length, and even my bigger glans had all shrunk down.

I did try two sets of clamping yesterday to experiment with it. Do you think it’s just a reaction to that? I need guidance.

Also I have built a captns wench and tried it as an ADS with PirateSteves modifications for 5 hours. I plan on using this as an ADS for a month and then gauge any results I see.

But yes, please let me know what I can be doing that would make my penis lose it’s gains cause I don’t want to do whatever it is anymore.

If you push your PE exercises a bit too hard, your erections can temporarily weaken. This happened a lot to me when I started pumping. It still happens sometimes, when I simply get too happy exercising (jelquing, fulcrum hanging…) and do it for too long. You can search on “negative PIs” (PI = physical indicator) for many discussions on how the penis reacts to too much PE. Within 24-48 hours of no PE, I get my full wood back.

With new exercises, ramp up slowly, back off if you get negative PEs — it sounds like you did. Take your time and find the right level of PE that works for your penis. We’re all very different.

Maybe you shouldn’t put your penis through such a workout when you are a newbie. Are you a newbie though ? It says you joined April of this year. You should really start off with the newbie routine to help condition your penis. If not, you are asking for lots of trouble.

JayPeace, if you have just started peing, forget aout the ADS, and clamping. At least for now. Focus on manual exercises(stretches and jelqs) for the time being. A lot of gains can be achieved from this. Follow the newbie routine for a while until your dick is conditioned. Take it easy but be consistent.

I agree to much PE can cause the reverse to happen. Stick with the newby routine for a couple of months before hanging adds and or pumping.

I’ve been PEing for 2 months 3 weeks I think you guys are right I had a routine from a different free site with the basics, wet/dry jelqs and kegels. When I found this site I guess I got too happy I joined this site 2 months in and had already made substantial gains, and you are all right I should’ve stayed on my path since it was successful. I guess I’m just going to lay off for 2 days and go back to the basics.

You know what the worst part about this is? Me and my new girlfriend had sex one time in February one month in to PEing, march is when I noticed the gains, and now in April my gains are gone.temporarily I hope! And we haven’t had sex in a while cause we were afraid she was pregnant.different story! But now we are supposed to start having sex again. Haha damn penis!

Don’t feel bad I had also shrunk a bit, just take a break for a week or so and resume w/o over doing it, the length will come back, mine did.

IMO, gains lost after long breaks in PE are EASIER to get back then when PE’ing to REACH a certain goal. Soon enough, you will be back where you were. Just be consistent and patient.

2 days later! And my penis has returned to normal =) PHEW!

I think I’m still gonna wait a few days to get back to PEing. Do you think that all the extra workout went to complete waste? Or is it possible that if I wait a couple days I might have new results?
