Only been doing the PE for 3 months and to be honest my regime is erratic at best.

My current regime:
3 min warm up
4 min stretch
10 min jelq
3 min cool down

1 day on 1 day off

For the first 3 months I’ve seen some minor gains: 0.25” length.

Are these gains lower than what should be expected when first starting out (I expected it to start fast and slow down rapidly)?

What would you change in my regime? Perhaps I should do 2 days on 1 day off?


Start; NBPEL: 6.0" EG: 4.4" (August, 2009)

Goal; NBPEL: 7.0" EG: 6.0"

Do more stretching, more jelqing, more kegeling, more days on and most of all more reading on Thunder’s!

In fact you can stretch every day. You could do 20 minutes every day easily for stretching. And 20 minutes jelqing 2 on 1 off.

I would just follow the newbie routine. And why don’t you have kegels as part of your routine?

Start: 5.75 inch BPEL 4.75 inch girth BSEG (Nov 1 2007)

Current: 7.4 inch BPEL 5.4 inch MSEG 5.75 inch BSEG (Oct 24 2009)

Goal: 7 inch NBPEL 5.5 inch EG=> New Goal: 7.75 inch BPEL 5.75 MSEG

First : congrats for gains. I think the average is about 1/2” the first year, so yours aren’t that bad, expecially when considered that you are not investing that much time and energy in this. Switch to a 2 on/1 off and see what it gives; after all, what you are doing is working, so don’t change too much for now.

All good advice so far! A gain is a gain. I agree that you should stick with what is working, but also agree that you might want to ramp it up a bit. Maybe 10 minutes stretching to begin with.
