So, 1 month has passed since I started.

I don’t think I’ve made any major gains in size, but, the regimen feels really good, and I’m seeing several good effects, larger flaccid size, my cock feels fatter overall .. Just gotta stay with it, and I believe I will make gains.

Stick with it. You’re already seeing benefits and soon you’ll see other gains as well!

Didn’t PE on the 27th or 28th due to feeling ill .. Yesterday’s routine went fine, though. Stay the course, stay the course. I can do it!

Not much new to report .. I think the routine is really becoming ingrained in my day to day life. I’ve actually moved up to 3 days on, 1 day off.

Getting a routine to be a regular part of your life is key to success. You have to be able to set aside the anticipation and excitement about size gains and just learn to love the process itself. Time will take care of the rest. Pick through some of the success stories for motivation. The common ingredient is sheer persistence, especially in the face of little apparent gain on a monthly basis. Gains do not always happen progressively. They can happen in a sort of punctuated fashion.

I actually look forward to the exercises themselves. I find myself wanting to them on my off days.

But yea, I understand it’s a very long process, that’s why getting the routine to be a normal part of my life has been so important (hence why I set a specific time for when I do it).

I’ve noticed my cockhead is alot plumper when I get erections as of late. Me like.

Also, I think I prefer jelqing to stretching. I just dislike stretching for some reason. I’ll keep doing it, but yea.

So, I’ve passed the two month mark of PE. I feel very accomplished in that regard. I’ve kept my regimen with no interruptions, and I plan to continue.

I did measure today .. I believe I had some minor growth in girth.

About measuring .. I’ve been using one of those flexible measuring strips you normally seen used for fabric/clothes measurements, since it’s easier to check girth that way (and girth is what I’m most interested in). However I spotted something somewhere they they’re not the best for that purpose. What should I be using?
