Anyway, I have taken down some measurements to give myself an idea of where I’m starting at.

I realize any changes in one week are likely temporary and not solidified. It’s more of, I wanted to see where I’m at. Moving forward, I would like to focus on girth, but for now, I will focus on the beginner regimen (though I want to note it’s slightly different due to what feels comfortable).
5 minutes hot wrap (I use a standard electric heating pad at a comfortable heat setting. Works wonderfully)
5 minutes manual stretch (It’s basically a continuous stretch, with breaks when I switch hands. I should probably work towards timing these better.) 10 minutes of jelq (I don’t count the individual strokes, but I do make sure each is slow and thorough. I have learned I don’t need to grip too tightly, though I tend to tighten somewhat as I reach the glans)
At this point in the routine, I add a few extra jelqs, done at about 70-80% erection, done very very slowly and carefully. These feel wonderful, but for now, I’m doing them very conservatively without ever shirking them.
I put on a stainless steel cockring at this point, sitting in such a position that my penis basically lays in front of me, as erect as possible with the cockring holding the erection, putting the heating pad over it and kegeling hard for several minutes.
