Just started this week on the newbie routine and had a few questions regarding the basic stretches, just want to make sure I’m doing this right

1)I feel most of the stretching from the base of my penis and on the sides where my penis connects to my pubic bone. Is this where I am suppose to feel it?

2) When stretching to the side in the videos its illustrated pulling down and to this side of the leg, and not directly east or west. This is different from what I remember was taught years ago. Is this safer?

3) Does what hand we use for side stretches matter? The video shows the man pulling to the left side with his left hand, but I like to use my right. The pressure feel different but I’m able to get a better grip

One more question in regards to how I stretch as a newbie:

I like to apply heat in between each stretch. This seems to really help counteract the turtle effect I was getting during my stretches and makes my dick very stretchy and elastic so I’m able to stretch completely flacid. For example:

Downward stretch for 20 seconds. Apply rice sock for around a few seconds. Then on to sideways stretch for 20 seconds. I repeat this throughout my entire stretch cycle.

I started to jelq about week ago while shower before sleep, before I jelq always in the morning after wake up.
The good thing to jelq while showering is that we can do the warm up very effectively and easily with the hot water also possible to stretch under the hot, but the problem after the warm up and stretch with the hot water, my penis is so relaxed and stretched that I could n`t get enough erection for the jelqing .. In best cases I could get 40% erection.

So do you have any tips to increase the erection to 60% or 70% ?

Hello I’m back to PE once again. I use this newbie routine, except that I warm up with an IR lamp for 10 minutes, and I do from 20 to 60 kegels of 1 second. Aren’t the 5 seconds kegels a bit too much for beginners, or should I hold them for 5 seconds?
I also do as many JAI stretches as kegels, I read that it helps and it’s not hard work. This is for workout days only and I take 2 days off since it’s my first week. I do kegels stop/start at the bathroom everyday.

I prefer increasing lightly because from experience this lighter routine worked best for me.
(increasing jelqs by 30s per workout up to 20 minutes total of jelqing at the end of 5 weeks, and up to 10 minutes of stretching)

I’m definitely a newbie and here is my experience so far ( I guess I can’t make my own post yet so I’m posting here because I feel it applies to this thread)

Ok so I had been doing PE for a little bit over a month and worked myself up to about 220 jelqs per session which I would do at 3 days on 1 day off, and I would always “listen to my penis” while I was doing this. I made sure to warm up with a hot cloth for about 5-10mins and then I would start jelqing. Immediately after finish my routine I would jump in the shower and let the hot water do a “warm down” on me. I was getting crazy EQ levels to the point where I was so hard it almost hurt a little bit but not really. It was fucking awesome!

As I approached say around the two month mark of being consistent with the simple routine I explained above one day I got hard and it looked significantly different. My length grew about a sliver less than .25” and my girth was definitely greater because it felt so full and looked like it was too (unfortunately I never measured before and after for my girth). I’m like this shit works!! I continued with the same routine and the next day I saw the same thing when I looked down the day before.

I felt like I was beginning to solidify these gains, but then the next day I got on FaceTime with my girlfriend and we started fucking around a little bit and she wanted me to get off for her. When I got hard it looked great, same size increase as the two previous days. I started doing my thing for her and it was taking me quite a while to cum and I went harder and harder as I was masturbating. During the facetime I wasn’t finishing at the same rate I usually do and I felt like I began to become desensitized but my size remained the same. I eventually came but it took a lot to do so and once we said goodnight and after my penis went down to flaccid it felt almost tingly and kind of weird like it wasn’t there almost. I’m like fuck I think I over did it and I got kind of worried because I never had anything like this happen before.

The next day no morning wood really and if I tried to feel my penis with my mind (I know that sounds weird) but it kind of felt like it wasn’t there, it wasn’t sensitive like usual when I think about it. I couldn’t really get hard at all during this day and if I did it was just the weakest thing I’ve ever seen and wouldn’t really constitute as being erect. Around the third day my erection was back to normal but I had lost all my gains and I was back where I started. I waited about a week before I started up PE again to let myself heal.

I couldn’t do the same number of jelqs I used to do because it would just over work me but I stuck with it and began to rekindle the momentum I had before that whole incident/injury by doing a much lighter routine. No gains for a while (less than a month). Went on a trip for a week and didn’t jelq, and then I came back and started again. This time I had a different approach. I would do the same thing in regards to warm ups but I would only do 100-115 jelqs but I would throw in an extra day so it would be 4days on 1 day off. This seemed to work because my EQ was really good and after a while I became fuller and thicker but it wasn’t the same as the first time I experienced gains however it was slow and steady, a more gradual change. This seemed healthy to me although the gains didn’t come on as strong but this is ok I think.

However, I fucked up again, last night I masturbated too hard and once I came I immediately got soft and I realize this wasn’t good. I wasn’t numb/desensitized like I was the other time but I was still worried and I knew it definitely affected me in a bad way. I woke up this morning and thank god I had morning wood but I looked at it and it seemed like my length had remained the same but my head was really soft and my girth may have been less or I just lost the gains I was seeing. Obviously it’s still recovering but it’s such a shitty feeling that I keep losing my momentum I was working so hard to build to have it lost in just one night. I want to get going again with my routine but I realize this probably isn’t a good idea for at least another week or so. However this injury is not nearly close to the one I experienced before.

So what are some pointers/ advice any veterans can give me when I start back up?

Do you think I am experiencing some sort of nerve damage or something of the sort when this happens?

I hope this is a warning to others just starting to not get overly excited when you see gains and go too hard when you masturbate because I’m absolutely sure that’s what fucked me over.
