I started doing PE last October. I was using a 4x extender. I have gained about 1 inch in length in 4 months .

Well after 4 months I decided to switch to the jelqing newbie routine. My problem is I have a hard time keeping

My erection at the 60%-80% range. It always wants to go limp while jelqing. I do not have any

Problems with erections for sex. I was wondering if using a cock ring might help. Or is their any other things the PE

Pro’s do to keep their erection at a certain level.

Just an update regarding the result after 3 weeks of jelqing. I haven’t measured my fully erected member yet but I observe that it became a bit thicker and longer while in flaccid state. Can I consider this as an improvement? Any feedback from you guys will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I haven’t observe those yet. Lately after jelqing at night I sleep right away because I need to get up early for work. If I get horny with my wife next time then that is the when I’ll be able to observe if there are any changes in size or erection factor.

I wrap it with hot towel for 5 minutes before I start then jelq for 5-10mins with very slow strokes then wrap it again with hot towel after. I do this at night before bed time and in the morning while taking a shower. Also I do few stretches while it is wrapped with hot towel. I hope that I am doing everything the right way.

I just like to share some details with my member. It is 4.7 inches NBPEL and 5.11 inches BPEL. My target is 6 inches and I have a long way to go. I will appreciate any tips that can help me gain faster. Thank you guys!

Question: I’ve been doing the newbie routine for roughly 4-5 months now, and after reaching a plateau for a while, my slow brain came to the obvious conclusion that I’ve neglected to ramp up the routine over time. Once I started increasing the intensity and length of the sessions I started seeing measurable gains again.
However I’ve gotten to the point that 7 minutes of manual stretch and 30+ minutes of jelqing is well, quite a long time to be busy. And any shorter time of jelq doesn’t get me that feeling of ‘fully engorged’ anymore.

Is there a way to increase the intensity, to decrease the amount of time of jelqing required? Or is it just common practice amongst long time veterans that sessions eventually just kind of have to last a full hour?

Just check out the other manual exercises and add in another exercise of your choice. Keep to the stretching and jelqing as the ‘base’ of your routine, and every 3 to 5 weeks change the ‘extra’ exercise that you are adding to that base.

Do some different exercise. That will do.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Right, I have some reading to do on different exercises then.
