Soreness

Hey everyone I’m new to this and just started today following the newbie guide. However I’m not sure if I did the amount of jelqs the guide says or not. But I did start feeling a bit sore after a while. Is this normal? Is this when I stop? Thanks.

A feeling of soreness after a good jelq session is just fine. You’re forcing blood into the CC in order to permanently expand them over time. As long as it does not feel uncomfortable or even painful, you should be doing it properly. :)

It depends on the kind of soreness.

For most parts, if you can get a rock solid erection after your routine (or the next morning), then you should be fine. The kind of soreness you don’t want is one that causes your erection quality to go down—meaning you can’t get very hard, and even if you do, it won’t last long like it used to.

And, if you take mandatory rest days (like 2 on 1 off type of routine), then you should be fine. The 1 day rest would allow your penis to rest.

Control your jelqs with time not reps it’s make things easier and a good session lasts 20 min for newbies
