Someone Build Me a NEW Routine.

I think I’m one of those unstable PE’ers that changes routines as quickly as any of changes your clothes.

I’m not new to PE, but I’ve only done it inconsistently.

Allow me to express my specifications as far as exercises, and then I’d be very appreciative if any of the more experienced PE’ers could use this info to build an efficient PE routine for me:

Current Length = 8” NBP

Current Girth = (not yet measured, but 2 1/4” wide)

Current Routine = Ballooning (but after recent consideration, any form of masturbation more than once/twice a week is unbeneficial to growth, and ballooning is still very much an uncertainty in the PE community)

Current Goals = 8 1/2 - 9” and increased girth, as well as increased longevity

Current Schedule = Get up at 8:30 AM; Get to Work by 10:00 AM; work until 5:00 PM; get home by 5:30 PM..

Routine Ideas = Jelqing in bathtub; manual (dry) stretching; wearing an ADS; Substituting masturbation with ballooning twice a week

I’d be very grateful if any of you can combine my goals and ideas into a convenient, efficient, effective, easy routine for me (keeping in mind I’m a newbie and will gradually have to increase minutes)

Here’s a routine:

Put down the cock.
Find a pussy.
Fuck the pussy.
Repeat.

Try a 1 on/1 off routine at first. If it’s too little, then bump it up to a 5 on/2 off.

Back on topic, you are the only person capable of building yourself an effective set of exercises that is optimum to your body. We can only hazard a guess; it is unwise to ask us to build a new routine for you. The Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine is your base, your rock on which to build your house. And as far as a routine, many would agree with me that there are other options out there to start out with. The newbie routine isn’t by any means the “optimum” way to start or re-start PE.

I don’t typically like spending a straight half hour or 45 minutes doing PE anyway. I like breaking it up.

I have the patience and drive to start doing it again. I know it works.

My aim is this —

Start a newbie routine that can be carried out ANYWHERE (because I know how consistency is important; you never know if you’re at your aunt’s house for example, if you’ll have 45 minutes all to yourself).

Skipping 1 session is usually not good. THAT, and convenience is what I’m all about. I don’t have time in the morning really, and ideally I’d like to break up stretching and jelqing (wet jelqing in the bath, dry stretching at the computer).

FINALLY:

I’m not trying to have someone else do the “work” for me. The “work” is actually DOING it. What I’m after is a curious PE’er that wouldn’t mind sharing his insight and putting his creativity and flexibility to work on someone else.

That’s all.

And if that STILL doesn’t explain it, then I’ll just figure it out myself. No biggie.

Hey man, everyone has different means to confidence.

First, do Newbie Routine(search) for 3 months. Then hanging or clamping, or both.

You said that any from of masturbation more than twice per week is bad for PE growth. Is that really true and if so, why? If I gave in to my urges I could probably wank 4 times per day on top of any action I get from my girlfriend, but if it’s going to hinder my PE then I’ll have to stop.
