Someone Build Me a NEW Routine.
I think I’m one of those unstable PE’ers that changes routines as quickly as any of changes your clothes.
I’m not new to PE, but I’ve only done it inconsistently.
Allow me to express my specifications as far as exercises, and then I’d be very appreciative if any of the more experienced PE’ers could use this info to build an efficient PE routine for me:
Current Length = 8” NBP
Current Girth = (not yet measured, but 2 1/4” wide)
Current Routine = Ballooning (but after recent consideration, any form of masturbation more than once/twice a week is unbeneficial to growth, and ballooning is still very much an uncertainty in the PE community)
Current Goals = 8 1/2 - 9” and increased girth, as well as increased longevity
Current Schedule = Get up at 8:30 AM; Get to Work by 10:00 AM; work until 5:00 PM; get home by 5:30 PM..
Routine Ideas = Jelqing in bathtub; manual (dry) stretching; wearing an ADS; Substituting masturbation with ballooning twice a week
I’d be very grateful if any of you can combine my goals and ideas into a convenient, efficient, effective, easy routine for me (keeping in mind I’m a newbie and will gradually have to increase minutes)
