Some tips please also this is going to be a long one
Hello everybody you can call me dragoe that is not my real name but my nickname and well I have a few questions but first off I want to give a little back story so people will know I am not a stranger to PE.
Ok so I have been doing PE on and off or about 2-3 years now I started them when I was well ill just say under 18 but anyway I started my PE program with jelqs and this is when I just started out in PE. Ok so my states before I started PE was 6 inches in length and about 4 inches in girth and so one day I was masturbating and I thought hey I am a big guy at the time I was about 6’3 and 180 pounds and I was still getting taller and bigger so I thought it would be a pretty good idea to have the whole package be big as in if I was going to be a big guy then I would want to be big everywhere. So I searched around the internet for hours trying to find how to make my self bigger and after about 3 hours of searching through pill scams and surgery I found this website about natural exercises and that they work very good and are free so I thought I would give them a try. So out of all the PE exercises I found one that was probably the easiest to do and was good for beginners and that exercise was jelqs. So I started my first workout in the shower so I warmed up first with five minutes of warm water shooting on to my penis and after that I got my self a little erect so I took some body wash and rubbed my self up a little and after about 1 minute I was rock hard and I just jumped right into the jelqs so I started with my right hand and then next I used my left hand and just switched from hand to hand and once I got to 50 reps my penis was a little red and a little blood shot. But immediately after I went to touch my penis again and I just ejaculated all over and I thought well there is no problem with that so for a week straight for 7 days I did this workout everyday for a week and I did it in the shower every time and also like 10 seconds after I finished my workout I masturbated then ejaculated so after the seven days were up on the last day I masturbated and ejaculated 3 times with in a hour no joke.
Well any way after the 7 days were up I took a few days off about 4 and I went to measure my self and I was in pure shock my penis went from 6 inches to 7 inches in just one week so I was extremely happy but I took like 2 to 3 months off from doing any PE exercises all I did to work my penis was masturbate and ejaculate a lot then on the 4the month of still not doing any PE exercises I went to measure my penis and it was still seven inches erect but when I went to measure my girth I noticed it was still only about 4-41/2 inches witch was not very thick so I looked up exercises for girth and for a whole week or 7 days I decided to make another PE workout routine and so I did the easiest girth exercises witch were the erect squeeze and the double erect squeeze so I did these for a whole week but I did not masturbate and ejaculate after every work out like I did with the jelqs I think I only did about once or twice also I did not do a warm up in the shower I just did the exercises once a day and each exercise I did the erect squeeze first and held it for 30 seconds and after that I waited about 1 minute then I did the double erect squeeze and held that for 30 seconds so after doing this for 7 days I went from 4inches in girth to 5 inches and I was very happy
But I noticed something I did both of these routines for a week straight but in each one I did different things before and after like I said with the jelqs I did a warm up and masturbated and ejaculated after every workout.
But with the girth exercises I did not do and warm up before the exercises and I did not masturbate and ejaculate after every workout but I still got a whole inch as I did with the length exercise
Well any how after those I took another few months off from doing serious exercise routines like I still did jelqs when I went in the shower but I only took a shower about every other day or every 2 days and I only did about 30 jelqs most of the time but I noticed my penis was not getting bigger or longer it was just getting a little easier to not ejaculate witch I calmed down on a lot I only ejaculated about 6-7 times a month rather than like 20 so I got really good control I mean it took longer for me to ejaculate I started trying to do those girth exercises again because I noticed unless I got super rock hard then my girth would not be 5 inches it was only about 4inches and 11 centimeters so I started back on those girth exercises and I did the same ones in the same order but this time I did them every day when I went to sit on the toilet witch was not uncommon for me to be in the bathroom a lot sense I have irrital bowel syndrome well any way I also did not ejaculate till the last 7 day I did not ejaculate after every other workout because I noticed when I ejaculate the next day I is a little harder to keep and erection I mean it would take me like 5 minutes to get really hard rather that like 2 after I did these things for another week I noticed this time I did not get a whole other inch I only got about 2 centimeters and so I thought something was not right so I did a boat loud of research and I came to the conclusion that maybe my penis got to used to doing these exercises so I thought I would add in some new exercises and I did I now moved onto doing up to 6 different exercises each day I also had found a website PE-gym and it said when you do the erect squeeze if you are to adjusted to doing 1 for 30 seconds then move up to doing 3 for 30 seconds and about every 10 seconds squeeze a little tighter so that’s what I did also add in some length exercises with those ones for girth so that is what I did I did a routine of
1.erect squeezes-3 times switching hands right to left
2.A stretches-3 times switching hand right to left
3.Basic stretch-just the regular basic stretch in every direction
4.flaccid bend-3 times switching hands right to left
5.v stretch-3 times switching hands right to left
6.double erect squeeze-3 times switching hands right to left
And for each exercise I held every exercise for 30 seconds and I did that for a week but I did not warm up before I did them I actually warmed up after I did them what I did was like 10 minutes after I got in the shower and I let the warm water warm up my penis again and then I did the erect squeeze 1 more time and kind of just like a basic stretch to equal things out and I actually did this for routine for 2 weeks straight and I did not ejaculate once through these 2 weeks on the last day I finally measured my self and I was now 7.5 inches the next day I finally gave my self a break and masturbated and ejaculated but I noticed something my girth was still only about 5 centimeters so after this I bumped up my exercises even a little more I added on 1 more exercise and that was the internal stretch witch like the name stretches the inner penis so a week after that routine I did I started it again but this time I added on the internal stretch but this time I only did this for 1 week not 2 and I still warmed up but I did not do more exercises after the warm up I just waited till the next day and did them again so after I did this on about the 4Th day I noticed my penis looked extremely thicker and longer and I took a measurement and it was just under 8 inches and the girth was about just under 6 inches witch I was extremely happy about so I cared on doing these for the rest of the week and at the end of the week I gave my self a break and masturbated and ejaculated and the next day I measured again but now I was only back at 7.5 inches in length and back down to like 5.2 in girth so I was immediately thinking what the hell happened could it of been because I ejaculated or did I just not do it right I did not understand but I kept doing the exercises so in march 2016 I got back into jelqing and I did not do my other routine of the 8 exercises I just got in the shower did my warm up for 5 minutes then did my 50 jelqs switching my hands from right to left then right after I was done I did an erect squeeze a double stretch then a Uli a squeeze so after a week of this I took my measurement and noticed nothing happened so I thought well maybe it is just so wore out from being exercises so much so I waited a day and measured my self and at first I was only about 7.8 in length but when I got extremely hard my penis was a solid 8 inches and my girth was just a little bit bigger only about 5.5 but I still moved up a little bit
Well after I achieved a solid 8 inches well only when being super erect when it was not super erect but almost there it is about 7.5-7.10 I still kept at it though I have still been doing different routines and I have sense then moved back into some other routines for the past few weeks now I have been doing a routine of this
1.A stretch-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
2.erect squeeze-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
3.basic stretch-just the basic stretch for 30 seconds in ever direction
4.flaccid bend-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
5.v stretch-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
6.double erect squeeze-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
7.double stretch-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
8.internal stretch-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
9.Uli squeeze-3 times for 30 seconds switching hands right to left
And now I can say I have increased my ejaculation control extremely good I can last for probably about a half hour with out having to extremely have to ejaculate and that is about how long it takes me to do all my exercises but I still don’t ejaculate after every workout I actually have just been ejaculating at the end of every few weeks just so I don’t accidentally ejaculate when I am trying to do my workouts the next week and now my states are
Like I said I am still working at it and my goal is 9-10 inches and 6-7 inches in girth
Well that is part of my story and I am sorry it was so long no pun intended but now I have some questions
1.what would be a better thing to do just stick to the exercises I am doing now or move on to something else and if so what would be good?
2.is the warm up super important I mean do I need to do it before every workout or just now and then?
3.should I not masturbate and ejaculate after or before my workouts I mean should I just not try to ejaculate at all if I am doing PE workouts for like a month straight?
4.is it ok that I masturbate a lot I don’t mean ejaculate but I mean masturbate not only do I masturbate to get me a little erect to do my PE workouts but also when I wake up I masturbate a little to kind of get my blood flowing everywhere I don’t do it up to the point where I am about to explode or anything but yeah just masturbate a little so is that ok to do?
5.also I am going to start a weight training program in September and I always hear things like to much muscle will make your penis small but I am not really going to get super huge I am actually under weight by about 10 pounds also I am about 6’5 tall and still getting a bit taller so will putting on more muscle/weight on affect my penis size or natural enlargement?
6.oh yeah and I one really weird thing is when I measure the right side of my penis it shows up longer on the ruler than when I measure the left side witch shows up about 3 centimeters shorter than the right side what is that from?
7. For some reason my penis always changes which way it leans when I get an erection like one week it is more to the right the next week it is way over to the left what is that from?
8. Also when I am doing the basic stretch and stretch my penis to the right side it is way harder than when I stretch it to the left what could this be from?
I think that is about it for me I will really appreciate any tips or answers to my questions, also I really like this site it has pretty much all the things I was looking for on a forums website and well thank you.
