What are some good PE routines to assist with decreasing TUGBACK?

Maybe stretching straight up or above-the-shoulder hanging ?

If you have tugback, is this any indication of future gains potential? What is the theory on that?

Good question. I wonder if this means you have shorter ligs. I’m trying to find ways to fight this tugback shit too.

Can someone explain tugback theory in non-technical way?

Tugback is a common PC muscle Reflex,you need to use progressive stretching aka “Stealth stretching” to avoid the tugback.If you manage to master this you will get some superb lenght gains.

Progressive stretching = Begin to stretch your unit at 60% of its Flaccid lenght and hold it there for a couple of minutes,then slowly increase to 80% and hold for a couple of minutes,then go to 100% hold for a couple of minutes,then if you have done it right you will be able to go 105%.

If you feel any Tugback (PC reflex) then you will have to start all over.

If you succed with your “stealth stretching” it may let you stretch your flaccid up to 130% (or more,it depends on the person).

Isn’t tugback similar to the LOT?

Loss of tug is where you find yourself doing a single kegel and not finding a tugback feeling whilst stretching out your penis.

It works on a 1-12 basis like a clock, for instance, if stretch your penis up to 12 o clock and you do a kegel and you feel no tugback then your lot is high and you technically you have a LOT of 12

Whichever direction you stretch and you still feel a tug when you kegel then this is where your ligaments are most strongest ( I think that part is right anyway )

So after reading this, I do believe that tugback and LOT theory have something in common

It might help you to search LOT also
