I am still kind of unclear about the whole LOT thing, from what i understand it is when your stand up and pull your penis upward and kegal and when your penis don’t really move or ( tugback ) that is where your LOT is. I am not really use to using the whole 12 o’ clock to 6 o’clock thing, so 12 is the highest and 6 being the lowest? and what about 1 2 3 4 5, and 11 10 9 8 7 aren’t they the same 11 matching with 1 and so on? So i pull my penis stright out pendicular toward my body at 90 degrees and kegal i still see movement ( tugback ) but when i pull my penis down a little more meaning it pass90 degrees, the rest of the angels i don’t see anymore tugback. Basiclly when my penis starts to point towards the ground the tugback starts to desappear, onlyu the balls are moving.

Does this mean that i have a low LOT and that stretching the lig won’t benefit me? only the tunica excercises would benefit me?


From the sounds of it, your LOT is 8 or 8:30 or something, right? If so, go for lig stretching.
