Hey everyone, I’ve read up on the LOT theory and it seems to make alot of sense as in predicting gains.
I’m confused about something though. Here are my two questions
1.what exactly is a tugback? Because I’m trying to figure out what my LOT is. I followed this one thing I had read that DLD said as to how to figure it out , saying to .. Lay on your back, legs flat, head on the floor , lightly stretch your penis up towards your chin and do a kegel. But I don’t know what I’m expected to feel or see. So really I don’t know what tugback is.
2. When your supposed to do a kegel while stretching, do you do it with the hand you are stretching with? Or is it your other free hand?
