.I have been jelqing again for a month now and already can see growth starting to take hold. Consider this if you will:

I find that you must jelq every day, no questions.

After 30-45min jelqing, if the penis does not look hugely pumped, then you will not grow!

My pump is still there somewhat from the previous day’s session! So, it is similar to steroids; the pump is SO big it stays, and it keeps building upon the previous.

Jelqing is not an easy thing to do successfully, and I DO know this from many years trying and failing to grow, but it is working now I am doing it right.

Any questions?

I don’t see any benefits in this routine,it might be true for all we know,but the fact is its all guestimating and all its going to accomplish is some total newbie is gonna hurt them self.So I don’t hink you should post this kind of things as a fact.

Well, it’s what works for him. I don’t think anybody will interpret it otherwise. It’s always good to have people share what works for them. When people analyse the various routines, they can choose for themselves.

If you are a newbie, do the newbie routine or a reduced version of it.

If you’re not a newbie, be careful with what you do. For example this routine seems very, very strenuous to me. I could never do 30-45 minutes of jelqing. Nevermind about not having a day off from such a routine. But if it’s working for jelqvader, then who am I to argue with its merits?

Have a day off let you mentally be able to continue PE for serveral months. If you keep this routine I bet in june we won’t meet you again around here

It’s probably not working for him, though. By the description, it’s much more likely that he’s just causing massive swelling.
I’m willing to bet anyone right now that his jelqing grip involves a lot of pressure on the CS.

Perhaps two days off are better-advised.

Dude I did a newbie routine with 300 jelqs 2 days on 1 off and I frow 1cm in a month when I started! But if this works for you I believe, PE is not like bodybuilding, you can’t be sure if this or that technique works. You just gotta find out!

But anyone who is willing to try this, be careful. It might work for your or you might hurt yourself.

Jelqvader, while I am happy for you and your gains, it is rather irresponsible of you to claim that jelqing for 45 minutes everyday is the path for everyone. First of all, for most people it is very important to have rest days. We have enough threads with people asking for advice because of over training and trouble with erections.
I am pretty sure that for most people your routine would end up with a beat up dick.

But hey, that doesn’t mean it can’t work. If it works for you, great. Just refrain from claiming PE master status, especially with only 2 posts.

Like many others on this forum, I get frustrated when I hear someone present a routine as “the answer”. It may be a good answer … But it certainly isn’t “the answer”

I think that what this thread underscores for me is that PE is a different journey; in a non-trivial way, for everyone. For example, I have never had a problem jelquingand hanging everyday with no rest days … but even a casual reading of this forum makes it clear that many PE’rs need (and benefit from) rest days.

Why is it so different for everyone? I have no idea. In body building the process seems to be a little more clear. The lesson that I take away for this is that despite all of the experimentation, discussion and analysis we really don’t understand all of the “ins and outs” of why and how we grow. We do however, know that we DO grow. And those that grow without injury are the ones that listen to what their dick is telling them and also to what the other dicks on this forum have told others.

I am PE MASTER MIND YOU! If you jelq properly and sensibly 30min for a newbie is okay.

I grip right down as far as poss, with 80-85 percent blood trapped, pumping continuously hand-over-hand. I ‘feel’ it working the muscle, always forcing the blood - without any kind of pain felt of course.

I don’t measure, but will start from next month. I am NOT talking like I have gained an inch in a month; that is not really poss. But I am gaining!

I will add again - because amount of replies. REST DAYS?? WHAT REST? I do not rest; I just always jelq! Take days off for when and if your have to, or just feel like it.
