I took a measurement this morning, and HURRAAYYY..IT GROWS..

Starting mid August at BPEL 5.5 EG 4.3, no gain first month, and now 6-4.7. I will continue my current newbie routine until end of this month, then I’ll try some clamping, I really need base girth. Hoping by end of year I can see further gain at 6.5-5.0.

Ahh newbie gains, and how I miss them and their ease.

Nice work. One question, does coffee hurt potential gains? My only addictions in life are coffee and PE and I don’t want to hurt my gains by drinking too much coffee. I drink 6 cups a day. Btw, this is my first post.

I was told cafein reduce blood blow, I drank 1 litre of coffee everyday, I already stopped for a while, and I drink chocolate as replacement.

Better blood flow helps gain, but worst is smoke, but it’s more difficult to get off of it, so I have to reduce it bit by bit.
