Small Guy, Realistic Expectations

Hey, so I have check out PE stuff a long time ago and was familiar with some beginner jelqing routines many years ago. I never really stuck with it long enough to have any permanent gains from it though.

I’m a very small individual by U.S. Standards and am 5’2” inches tall and weigh around 130lbs. I am actually relatively confident and I’m good looking with a decent body and build and I can sometimes pull some decent tail. However, I still have confidence issues because of my small penis size, although I’m sure in relation to my body size it’s not that bad.

I am doing just rough measurement here so I may be slightly smaller or larger than I’m saying here but I believe my BPEL is right around 5.5” and my erect girth is around 4”. Considering my very small frame, I wear usually XS sizes in mens clothing, under armour, etc. Just for reference, I suppose this is actually relatively decent?

However, I am sleeping with some women that are also sleeping with other guys that I know about who are over 6’ and I know pack at least 7” inch dicks. So, while I’m certainly happy these women find me desirable still I know that my girth especially has to be somewhat disappointing to them I would think?

I recently got a le luv pump and have been doing the pumping for about a week now. It does make me a little thicker but not really much longer in the tube (1.5” tube) but what is realistic for someone with my size and frame?

Like, with the size of my body I don’t think the base of my penis can even possibly expand past a certain point or it would be taking up like. Almost of all of my pelvic front lol. I would be absolutely ecstatic I think to reach a size of 6” length by 5” girth and I think it would look absolutely enormous on my frame. I just don’t know what is realistic to expect here and what sort of time frame I should be looking at for these gains? I know these things can vary wildly but I wouldn’t mind having some realistic expectations.

Welcome to Thunders.

You should condition your dick prior to embarking on an aggressive pumping routine.It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

I started with similar stats as you and increased my length by almost 1” and girth by by over1”; however, it took over five years.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

It’s definitely cool to see what you’ve gained from being similarly sized at the start. I definitely hope to see at least noticeable gains in the first year, that would certainly be motivating to keep going for 5+ years!

You mentioned me jelqing, but is that required? I really am short on time with work and a masters program and being a parent so I dunno how much time I’ll have for religious routines for multiple exercises.

Do you think I’ll notice reduced or sub-optimal gains from pumping alone vs pumping + jelqing?

I’ve been doing pumping routines from 15-30 minutes varying between 3-6hg. I was doing it every day but my dick was definitely getting sore from the constant pressure every day, but hopefully that gets easier over time.

Welcome!
Dtwarren, is right you really should look into the newbie routine to condition yourself. I know time can be a factor, but if you can’t find any, make some. Get up a little early, stay up a little late.

I’m not sure I’d recommend pumping every day. I’ve been there and done that, it causes more problems than it’s worth. Even if you think you’re fine now, you won’t be later. With pumping it typically isn’t a gradual drop off. It’s all gravy until it drops like right freaking now, when it’s too much. Especially for newbies when first starting. Keep at it long enough and you’ll miss the days that you actually had to curb your enthusiasm.

That said-
I made all of my length gains pumping and hand stretching. I haven’t jelqed as part of a routine in years, until last August chasing girth. My pump dedication overrides almost all manual exercises. Pump and heat. Stretch when there’s opportunity, and at every single opportunity.

Also, make sure your pump tube matches your goals. A length tube is sized so it’s packed naturally, a girth tube will have .25” of wiggle so you can expand instead of pull.

I’ve heard many times over the years, length first, girth second. That girth gains will inhibit length gains and potentially be lost when gaining length. Not sure about that theory, myself, but it seems to be the general rule, still.

Main things, stay focused, stay safe, be consistent, use heat, and listen to your body. Even when you don’t feel like it.

Your dick length is almost the average in Brazil on the most usable study regarding dick size here, being the average here 14.5cmx12.5cm. However your girth is not good in my opinion. You should focus on girth routines. Nevertheless, should start at beginner routine.

Indeed a 15cm dick length would look big on you. You can grow you dick to this size you want, I believe it, I saw guys that have done it.
