Hey guys, i’ve been reading up on PE for about a year now, and I think now is a good time to seriously start.

Yet from what i’ve seen, is that there are guys who have gained 1.5/2 inches in length and an inch in girth.

Yet, what are the realistic expectations one can have from PE? (I’m talking maximum here)

I’m a light pumper. I pump around 20 minutes a day, and I’ve seen that I’m hitting about 20cms.

My tape measure confirms this.

Yet if I’d be bluntly honest I’d love to have a total monster cock (10’ length, 6.5 girth), yet I want to know: Is this possible?

And what methods of PE must one incorporate to achieve such gains?


Current size: 19.5cm by 12.5 cm

Short term goal: 21cm by 14cm

Long term goal: 23cm by 16 cm

If you’re consistent then anything is possible. :) I started at 5.5 bone pressed, 4.5 non bone pressed. Any goal is realistic, I think, you just have to be determined. :) Now, no buts! Get to it, and make it happen. Hustle hustle, baby! WOOF!

A goal is good to have, but make it a small goal. Say a guy with 4.5 inches, you go for 5.0” :) Then when you reach that, make it 5.5 and so on.

Train consistently and safely and it could be you !

Persistence is key! You can gain as much as you want with it. Just remember not to overdo it. Take your time and gains will come.

Yep Patience and Persistence! Try to stay on the fine line of doing just enough but not over training. you can do it

I really can’t say if there is a physical limit to what can be gained or if people just reach a limit at which they have gained so much that gaining any more would be counterproductive.

What I can say for certain is that I love your avatar Prominence.

Of course it is . I pump ,clump and jelq in one day !

I look at it like I would look at building muscle mass on your body. It’s not terribly difficult to gain some muscle, but it takes a long time to get to the point that you look like a barbarian. It’s not impossible, but you have to be motivated.


Start: Dec 2009 - 5.75 [BPEL] x 5.25 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

April 2010 - 6.00 [BPEL x 5.3 [MSEG] 5.5 [BASE]

Current Goal: - 7.00 NBPEL x 5.75 [MSEG & BASE]

We all grow at different rates, depending on persistence and genetics. I’m not sure if an “average” would be helpful if you are one of the slower growers. Just hang in there.
