Significant difference of power and force between rodsslider and spring extenders?

Hello guys,

What do you say - I have slider rod extender with lanyard instead of noose or strap. I find it to be really comfortable and I love it. One user have mentioned to me how spring extender are much precise and better compared to rod extenders. What do you think? In terms of force producing and consistent stretch

Also, what does even slightest of glans numbness mean? It start to occure at 50min mark. Does it mean I have to stop that moment, where I do, or to stop using that type of extender?

I suggest glans numbness is due to circulation cutoff. Try to limit the force to a hour of stretching before numbness occurs.

Right. I was wondering cause one user told me to drop extending that way because of numbness. I mean numbness will occure after some time nevertheless? My sets are up to 30min

I’m using a spring rod extender with a double noose, first I wrap a cut sock just behind the glans and put the comfort pad between my head and the cradle then tighten the first noose just behind the head and make sure my head is plump then tighten the noose behind it, I still get some numbness after about an hour, I’m also using 4000 g springs instead of the 3000 g springs that came with it.

So what are you saying?

Just saying there is still some numbness, but I can actually feel the stretching and it is no longer slipping. My head was getting purple and cold the first few times I used it before I figured out a good way to secure it without slipping.

Is it possible to post a picture of this slider rod extender with lanyard?
Where did you purchase it from?
I’m interested in anything that makes extension more comfortable.
Thanks.
