Difference between Hangers vs Extenders
it would seem that Hangers vs Extenders have the same aim of stretching the ligs and creating extra length.
I just wanted to know for future reference if one is better than the other or if it is down to personal preference. Are extenders gimicky and dont work?
I guess that the difference could be compared to doing a bench press at the gym on a smith machine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smith_machine, where there is a limited range of movement as opposed to doing a bench press with free weights ie a barbell and the range of motion would be determined by the users balance and core stability.
Please could someone elaborate on this.
