Hi,

I am a newbie. I am 5 BPEL and I am very shy to write this because I never thought I would be involved in something like this. But, being a man, I really want to satisfy my women to my best ability and 5 inch is OK but not optimum. My main goal is the length. My penis has a 12:00 clock tug while doing kegel. It is very hard when erect and high erectile angle almost touching my belly. I have been conditioning my penis with minor stretches and jelqs from the newbie routine for about 3 weeks.

I have seen some improvements in flaccid length and erect length as well. But, I haven’t measured them yet. I don’t have a ruler in my apartment. (My phone is 5 inch :) ). In the beginning, I was doing 5 days on and 2 days off. It made sense because I could feel my penis needed rest. However, I feel my penis has become used to it and has been a week, I haven’t felt my penis complaining apart from a minor dull sensation that comes after stretch. Should I still keep the rest days? Or should I continue until my penis gives some minor signs of trauma? Also, if someone has a similar type of penis I.e. Very hard when erect, high erectile angle and 12:00 clock tug, what routine would you suggest?

It is very hard not to do the routine now. Before it was hard to get the motivation and was a skeptic, but now, I am sure about continuing my P.E at least for 2 years more.

You must rest.

If your not feeling fatigue afterwards then you should slowly increase intensity, like add 10% more jelqs, 10% more stretches every week.

But never skip rest days.

If you want lenght, stretching only can just do the trick. People have reported insane gains with stretching only routines. If you also jelq, then take days off. Newbie routine is good though.

Its just like going to the gym. Legs and arms one day, chest and back the next. Its good to give it a break.
