Should you take rest even if it doesnt hurt?

I am a newbie. I am 5 BPEL and I am very shy to write this because I never thought I would be involved in something like this. But, being a man, I really want to satisfy my women to my best ability and 5 inch is OK but not optimum. My main goal is the length. My penis has a 12:00 clock tug while doing kegel. It is very hard when erect and high erectile angle almost touching my belly. I have been conditioning my penis with minor stretches and jelqs from the newbie routine for about 3 weeks.
I have seen some improvements in flaccid length and erect length as well. But, I haven’t measured them yet. I don’t have a ruler in my apartment. (My phone is 5 inch :) ). In the beginning, I was doing 5 days on and 2 days off. It made sense because I could feel my penis needed rest. However, I feel my penis has become used to it and has been a week, I haven’t felt my penis complaining apart from a minor dull sensation that comes after stretch. Should I still keep the rest days? Or should I continue until my penis gives some minor signs of trauma? Also, if someone has a similar type of penis I.e. Very hard when erect, high erectile angle and 12:00 clock tug, what routine would you suggest?
It is very hard not to do the routine now. Before it was hard to get the motivation and was a skeptic, but now, I am sure about continuing my P.E at least for 2 years more.
