Should you rest when your EQ is sky high

First off I’ve been PE’ing for roughly a year. I’m definitely a less is more guy and only see gains when I jelq 3-4 days/week with a small growth zone. I’ve gained .5 in girth and 1.25 in length putting me at a modest 7.5x5.25.

I’ve heard mixed reviews from vets on this. Redzulu (inventor of clamping) used to always compare sky high EQ with random/very easy erections like feeding milk to a baby and you should rest until your EQ goes down again.

However I’ve also heard some say to work through this.

This happened to me recently. 2 days ago my EQ was sky high. I’m on my 2nd day off (going 2 on 2 off) and my EQ has dropped some. Haven’t ejaculated or anything to cause a drop. So not really sure what to do.

I know it depends on your PI’s and everything just wanted some input from some guys here.

Uhh if you’re EQ is good then it’s a PI meaning keep doing what you’re doing. But you say you’re a more is less guy so continue to rest even if your EQ is good. Personally if my EQ is good I just keep clamping till I feel I need the rest to recover. But hey I never gain girth, I’m trying desperately.

Your gains are good, not even modest but big! I think you know yourself better than us by now.

You’ve had good gains. I’d suggest keeping at what you’re doing.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I always felt that high EQ was my penis telling me it wanted more. If you’re seeing progress and don’t want to increase your training, then even better just go have sex.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

If EQ is that impressive, give it an old fashioned workout with your girl!

Lol thanks guys and I’ll keep doing the same. I still don’t even think I’m close to being big but I guess that’s why we’re all here.

I’m pretty sure I’m gaining cause the 5.25 was pulled tight and close to 5.5 if it’s a little loose which I couldn’t do before.

I definitely think rest is critical when going for girth. Redzulu has gained almost 2inches in girth so I think for sure he’s on to something.

Redzulu has been in the PE game for like 10 years roughly so it’s natural someone with that much time under his belt and dedication would have big gains. But in your 1 year you’ve gained 1/4 of what he got in 10. So for now looking at it purely that way you’re going faster.

7.5x5.25 is statistically big. It’s what most porn stars are. Good work.
