Should I focus on length or girth first

Hi, I was wondering if I should focus on length or girth first. I was able to get about .5 inch in gains in length after some exercising.
I read somewhere that length gains should be made first before girth gains. Is there an eventual cap or max amount of length and girth that will be reached?

Just do the newbie routine and see where that takes you. Focusing on one or the other usually implies more intense exercises.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Length then girth is the general thinking. But you will gain a little of the other as you try and focus on one dimension.

Which do you want more? Go for that.

Or if you find you are gaining length ‘easily’ then why stop the gains.

Also girth gains tend to be more difficult to acquire. So you may want to start early. Or try and incorporate some girth exercises along side your length routine.

Basically, it’s up to you! (What a rubbish advice giver am I? :) )

The eventual maximum? When you give up… or when growth becomes so glacially slow that there is no point in continuing and you’ve exhausted all the techniques and exercises you are willing to try. There are rare 2”+ length gainers for example, so perhaps anything is possible.

I have been PE’ing on and off for about a year or two. But it was so sporadic and unorganized that I don’t think half of it counted.
I do want length since my length is only 4 inches erect. But also want girth. I just don’t want to maximize gains too quickly that’s all.

I’m hoping to reach 7 inches. It’s going to be a miracle for that to happen but I can dream :)
