Shock Routine, not drop EQ

Last night I did shock routine ( pumping at low level for several hours, jelq, horse 440.). In the morning.same EQ, even better .. What is mean ? I’m too conditioned? The normal is not to drop EQ after shock routines? :(

What it may mean is that you are overdoing the exercises when doing your shock routine. So it would probably be better to limit the shock routines a little.

I might be wrong, but I’d tend to think the OPPOSITE.

Your shock routine produced great EQ. This could mean a few things. First, perhaps the routine wasn’t so shocking? If the pressure of your pumping was really low (maybe 1-2 hg.) then that’s not actually putting down all that much foce. Second, yeah, you could be fairly conditioned. How long have you been doing constant PE without a good break?

Another thing to think about: how many days in a row could you do this shock routine? If the routine was much heavier than normal, then I’d be willing to bet that after 2-3 days of the shock routine, you’d see a drop in EQ and other P.I.s.

Which reminds me…How are you other P.I.s? EQ is only one P.I. that you can use to guage the condition of your unit. You should monitor your other P.I.s for a more accurate assessment of your penile condition.

As UFG said, shock routines can cause a temporary raise in EQ. Problems arise when you do them for a while.

Pumping is without gauge :| ( but at the end of marathon is not swelling). And is the first time after long time when I use pump. Horse 440 is the first time after long time when I use it. Jelq I do’it this time for longer time.

I did 2 months deconditioning and I begin in April this year, again, trying to not overdo.
I started with: 60 jelq, 7x15seconds stretching .. I incresed progresively .. Now I’m at 230 jelq, 7x60seconds stretching
I started with: 1 on / 1 off .. I increased progressively .. Now I’m at 4 on / 1 off
In this time great EQ, great shape .. No gains :|

Positive P.I.: nice flaccid, good EQ, constantly random erections trough day without visual or another way stimulation..
Negative P.I.: no gains :D ( 2 months ago just returned at the status before deconditioning)

Bicious, dacă ai făcut o rutină de șoc și ai simțit că totul e la fel ca înainte, atunci poate rotina n-a fost prea tare, nu crezi? Oricum, ești în stare de a fi pompând timp de mai multe ore și asta înseamnă fără nici o îndoială că ai o pulă deja foarte bine pregătită pentru războiul faloculturist (așa îl numim noi pe PE în forumul în limba spaniolă).

(If you did a shock routine and all was the same way like before, then it could be too light. Anyway, it seems that your cock is yet very well prepared for PE)
