Hello, I have been PEing for about a month now. My routine includes 500 manual jelqs followed by 100 power jelqs with the power jelq device in the morning. Then 4 hours of wearing the Penimaster and PC flexes during the day. I am ordering a bib hanger also to do a hanging routine at night.

I am looking for some feedback on this routine because obviously I want to include the most effective techniques and devices in my routine.

Does anyone have a crazy workout plan other than just manual jelqing?

And is there anything else you can do to last longer during sex other than PC flexes?

Is there any exercises or devices out there other than what I am already doing that I should consider?

I would say that for only one month in, you are already over doing it.

gprent101, do you have any recommendations? Should I order the Bib still and maybe cut out the Penimaster for a while?

I have a Bib starter, but as yet have not used it. I have no experience with a penimaster. Right now, I am into pumping.

All I am saying, is that for a newbie, and even for a guy with a lot of experience, you are putting a lot of stress on your cock, and I am not sure it can handle it all.

How aggressively do you perform everything you do? How many days per week do you PE and how many rest days? Are you experiencing and soreness or red spotting or discoloration?


When I started out in March, I was only doing my routine every SECOND day for a bout 20 mins. I saw gains of 1/8” per month (length & girth) for 3 months consecutive before I fell off the wagon. I was only using the Power Jelq and doing quite quick (about 1-2 sec) strokes. I was stretching a little as well. Don’t forget the warmup.

I think if you go too much at first, your work might be wasted and you’ll have nothing to show for it. I already am hearing “You’re so big!” from my wife, so I know slow was the way to go for me.
