Returning from a long break
Hello. I have in the past done some PE exercises, about 2 years ago. I don’t do many at the moment, but I’m planning on returning. I am at 6.5 inches length, I don’t know how to measure the girth. I am 21 years of age and I eat healthy food throughout the day.
I am signed up at a gym and I try to work out so I stay in good health. I am trying to “attack” this with all-around good health so I have many benefits.
In the past, my exercises were composed of mostly jelqing and stretching. I’m not going to say I had no gains because I haven’t really measured until now. I was never overly concerned because females told me that it is big. Now I really want a longer member, due to personal reasons.
First and foremost, I feel as though it’s an obligation to stop masturbating. This is probably going to be the hardest task for me, but I have to do it.
Second, I was going to ask something. Which foods can I add to my diet to give me a miracle erection? Like one that keeps coming every day? Some days I don’t have erections.
