I have been jelqing and manual stretching off and on for about 5 years. This year I purchased a penimaster and have been wearing it for just over month. So far I have worn it for over 150 hours and just ordered a clamp! I jelq about 5 days a week anywhere from 10-30 minutes a day depending on how my penis feels. I was 5 7/8 inches a couple years ago. And now after wearing my device I am at 6 3/8. Focused mainly on getting to at least 7, and then 8 inches. But some girth would be nice too, I am 4 3/4 inches. Since 8/23 I have used the Penimaster 162 hours. I try to wear it at least 6 hours a day. But obviously that isn’t always easy with everyday life. I will be posting my progress either weekly or bi-weekly. If there’s anything anyone recommends for girth let me know!

It’s been just over a week since my first post. I have been jelqing for 10 minutes, about 1/2 of the days, including the past 2 days. Lately I’ve been wearing the penimaster for around 4 hours a day. But got in 8.5 hours yesterday.
Erect Length: 6.75 inches. That’s +3/8 in
Erect Girth: 5 inches. That’s +1/4

My average for the past 7 weeks is a little over 4 hours a day. With a total of 9 days of non wear, and 6 days with 2 hours, one with 1 hour of wear. I started clamping about 2 weeks ago. Either every other day or every 3rd day. I think I can handle 5 minutes twice in a row every other day, so I’m attempting that now. Along with 10 minutes of jelqing everyday. When I’ve been wearing the extender recently I’ve had it on extremely high traction. Way more traction than measurable with the springs. This results in sometimes having to take off the device after only 30 minutes of wear. But I believe you should always change it up, otherwise plateaus occur. My diet is extreme. Lots of fruits and veggies. And a lot of burgers pizza fries ect. Currently bulking. I take tribulus, a multi, and creatine. Work out at least 6 days a week. Oh and btw, I never measure flaccid anything, not much concern for such things. I will be wearing the traction device as much as possible, Goal is an 8x6. I’m patient.
It’s all about finding the perfect balance of not overdoing it, while not not doing enough.
In terms of stress. My father just died and my dogs I had growing up just were put down. And my girlfriend lives a thousand miles away. So no sex. I smoke a lot of weed. It helps me sleep and eat a lot. Not to mention stress relief. See ya in a few weeks to the 0 people who read this.

Sorry for the dogs and everything. I would put aside the stretcher for a while, and anyway never wear it at extreme tension (what kind of device it is by the way? Noose, strap what?); wearing the stretcher many hours daily push on your nervous system, and anyway if you are after girth an extender will unlikely help. I would give a try to dry jelqs.

Its a penimaster and I think it is the noose system. Its the one with a silicone piece that connects the penis to the rod expansion system. Why do you discourage currently using the extender? And why do you discourage high tension? Especially with the results I’ve already gotten. Also, my EQ is excellent. Been busting at least 2 nuts a day. And I have my system down pat. The only pain I have ever had is taking the silicone thing off my penis. Which is sometimes uncomfortable. I am currently going to attempt many hours at a relatively low tension. Best girth device is the bathmate. Otherwise there are tons of manual exercises to try. The slow squash jelq seems uniquely popular on several forums. I’d say do both and see how that goes.

Girth work doesn’t work nice with extenders, expecially noose-style. Beside that, since you said you are coming from a period of stress, better you stay on one goal at the time. As said, the extender is a factor of stress.

Sorry about all the losses man. It’s too bad that stuff has to happen. I almost lost my father twice (or was afraid I was going to), I can’t imagine how bad that would be as he is one of my favorite people and the wisest person I know. I really hope you bounce back strong from this, it sounds like you are on the right track. :)

Also, come up to Washington sometime. Since we legalized marijuana there are actually drive through dispensaries now with all the best strains, it’s pretty crazy to see just out in the open like that, available to everyone. I no longer partake, but I imagine for those who do it is an even more magical scene.

And I’m jealous that you get to live in California. I’m from Santa Barbara originally and it is like my life dream to end up back there one day for good.

I am looking to get to 7 or 8 inches. And girth would be awesome too. I do dry jelq only. The extender is definitely my favorite penis exercise. You said something about it effecting the nervous system, how so?

Thank you I really appreciate it. What would you suggest as a beginner routine? I have been doing two five minute clamp sessions 3-4 times a week. I currently dry jelq at least 10 minutes everyday

Thank you for your sympathy it really does mean a lot. I am planning on it sometime soon those drivethru dispensary’s sound amazing. The medical system down here is okay but could be much much better. Too much regulation. Santa Barbara is paradise, I can’t believe how good the weather is.

I would just like to say that I do not agree with putting the extender down for awhile to make girth gains, even in periods of extreme stress. First of all, nothing is more stressful than not achieving what you want to. My grandpa told me when he lost my grandma, staying busy was very helpful. I think often we are too of much of a pussy in life. If you want something. Take it. Work for it. Some men are trying to gain girth. Some length. Then there are the majority of us who simply want a bigger penis, we want volume. We want to make woman mindblowingly satisfied. Even simply wearing the device for 45 minutes after a jelq/clamp session makes my penis look and feel so much bigger, girth and length wise. Stretching is never bad. A professional athlete personal trainer told me that when I asked him if I should stretch everyday or every other day. Stretching greatly improves blood flow. Which is key in healing, growth, and development. Not to mention the skin stretching a good extender gives you. Every jelqer knows that turkey neck on the penis is very real. And my extender not only stretches the penis, but the skin at the base of the penis. Stretching is good. Stretch away. And just listen to your body. No disrespect to marinera at all. There’s more than one way to skin a deer. And I also feel he misunderstood my motives.

That’s a great start. Keep an eye on your EQ and that will indicate the efficacy of your routine.
