It’s been just over a week since my first post. I have been jelqing for 10 minutes, about 1/2 of the days, including the past 2 days. Lately I’ve been wearing the penimaster for around 4 hours a day. But got in 8.5 hours yesterday.
Erect Length: 6.75 inches. That’s +3/8 in
Erect Girth: 5 inches. That’s +1/4
My average for the past 7 weeks is a little over 4 hours a day. With a total of 9 days of non wear, and 6 days with 2 hours, one with 1 hour of wear. I started clamping about 2 weeks ago. Either every other day or every 3rd day. I think I can handle 5 minutes twice in a row every other day, so I’m attempting that now. Along with 10 minutes of jelqing everyday. When I’ve been wearing the extender recently I’ve had it on extremely high traction. Way more traction than measurable with the springs. This results in sometimes having to take off the device after only 30 minutes of wear. But I believe you should always change it up, otherwise plateaus occur. My diet is extreme. Lots of fruits and veggies. And a lot of burgers pizza fries ect. Currently bulking. I take tribulus, a multi, and creatine. Work out at least 6 days a week. Oh and btw, I never measure flaccid anything, not much concern for such things. I will be wearing the traction device as much as possible, Goal is an 8x6. I’m patient.
It’s all about finding the perfect balance of not overdoing it, while not not doing enough.
In terms of stress. My father just died and my dogs I had growing up just were put down. And my girlfriend lives a thousand miles away. So no sex. I smoke a lot of weed. It helps me sleep and eat a lot. Not to mention stress relief. See ya in a few weeks to the 0 people who read this.
