Hi everyone.

I adopted a fairly standard routine where I combine the Newbie Routine with pumping. I know jelqing is necessary for a good PE routine but it really takes quite a bit of time.

If I skip the jelqing and just do stretching and pumping, would that be a viable way to gain size?


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

In my opinion:
You can’t substitute jelqing, it’s still the gold standard. Then comes extenders, pumps, hangers etc. are additional enhancement.
So let’s say you want to jelq for 30 mins every other day, pump 15 per every other day and wear an extender throughout the day.

That’s less than 1 hour (~45 mins) you could put aside for yourself each night and your future self will be thankful.
I bet you if you just didnt look at your phone unless someone sends you a text or call, you already gained 10-15 minutes.

Extender: 1.1k hours (4/4/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

Jelqing is awesome, just do it because it teaches you D to get used to being punished, which is going to prevent injury when you move on to ulis and clamping with all its variations.

I never did pumping unfortunately, but still I gained 2.3 cm girth in year and a half with jelqing, clamping and ulis.

Manual stretches also aid in girth.

I have little privacy so pump is out of the question right now.

But I may not even need it at this point, 20.8cm BPEL 14.3 mid shaft girth
