Hey guys! I finally own a pump! I have had my pump for about 2-3 weeks now and I am not sure what all the hype is about. To me it is like any other PE technique, it requires time and dedication. Also, I have not gotten the great feelings I hear others describe or the oozing of semen either. I have also not had any negative effects and my penis is looking and feeling thicker.

Anyways, my focus is length and I want to combine pumping so my penis will not turn into a pencil. I am trying to develop a solid routine and was wondering if any of you guys have combined pumping with an ADS, stretches, or both? Also, what were your gains like?

I think for me to get more length my skin needs to stretch some. Does pumping help your skin to stretch?

What is your current routine?

Not everyone has the same experience with pumping, so if you’re not experiencing everything that everyone else has, that’s OK.

Pumping generally does help the skin to stretch. Some pumpers develop enough loose shaft skin to experience some degree of foreskin restoration, if they were circumcised.


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I have been messing around with a pump for about 8 weeks now. I too am focusing on length. I think stretching before pumping may be beneficial.

I’m a hard gainer, but recently I’ve been getting great gains in girth and length ( especially flaccid length ) with a routine that looks something like this.

Right when I wake up I do the following :

Massage / warm up.
30 minutes dry jelq.
2 sets of a whatever I feel like doing, sometimes stretches, sometimes I do something for girth.
10 - 20 minutes of pumping. Depending on how erection quality is feeling I might do more.
As soon as I finish pumping, I wrap my dick lightly in an ace bandage so that it stays extended in an ADS kind of way.

at around midnight or whenever I might go to bed, I take of the ace bandage, and then pump for about 5 - 10 minutes at light pressure. I usually get noticeably harder morning wood when I pump before bed.

I do this routine 6 days on 1 day off. I also always take rest if my EQ starts to go down. However I always wear my ace bandage ads even on rest days. I figure what good is it to rest if the rest is going to make you heal in a smaller state.

At the moment I am taking it slow and getting my penis use to pumping. Also, I had taken a break from PE as a deconditioning. Currently, I am jelqing and pumping, really no solid rountine.

Regarding stretching, I was thinking about developing a routine where I stretch/wear an ADS all day and then pump before bed. However, I cannot decide if pumping in the morning and then wearing an ADS/stretching throughout the day would be more beneficial? I think I may need to start out with one pumping session, either in the morning or evening and then work up to one in the morning and one in the evening with some stretching/ADS during the day.

What has worked best for you? What are your main stretches? Do you ever wear an ADS?

Nice routine! I think we are thinking the same, in regards to a pump session in the morning, ADS/stretching throughout the day, and a pump session at night. What have been your gains so far? Right now, I think I need to get use to pumping once in the morning with jelqing and maybe my anti-turtling sleeves. Then pumping and wearing an ADS. Then pumping, wearing an ADS and pumping again at night. That should be a slow progression and I would need to work in some rest days.

Hi guy! I’m a newbie! And I was wondering if anyone has Tried ADS and pumping for a while and if the results are good?
If yes I would like to see the results and I hope you can inform me more about it! And another question is if it’s better to add jelq as well??

Jelqs are good to add to anything you are doing for your penis, I think.
