Could this be used but on a smaller level such as a cold flannel at the end of the PE routine. To reduce the chance of over working your member because it would recover faster?

Has anyone used this for over a month and seen any sort of benefit from it?

Probably not, skinners. It must be remembered that the penis isn’t a muscle. So all that you would be doing in effect is cooling your unit down.

I imagine athletes use it as they have to have a fast recovery, and muscles will take longer than a penis. to recover, Mainly because they get worked harder.

All in all I don’t think it would be a good idea. Unless you have a particulalry hot dick :)

I thought it may have a positive effect due to it’s worked like a muscle, however it isn’t big enough for the cooling process to work I assume.

The ice baths are used to remove metabolic waste produced in the muscle during strenuous exercise (such as lactic acid). The ice bath causes the blood vessels to constrict and thus all the blood is removed from the limbs. A hot shower is taken after so that fresh blood fills the limbs.

This mechanism can’t really be applied to PE. As far as I know the only contractions involved are the smooth muscle contraction that causes a loss of erection, and of course kegal contractions. Kegal contractions just arn’t intense enough to cause lactic acid build up IMO, as it is a product of anaerobic respiration, which involves powerful maximum effort contractions.

Too much info I know, but yeah give the thread marinera linked you to a good read, and definitely integrate it into your routine.

Yeah I will I’ll find a way to do it on a smaller scale such as maybe an ice pack.

Thank you very much for all the information. Personally you can’t go into to much detail, the more detail the better, because it gives a better understanding. I would much prefer to do something that I completely understand and that I know why I’m adding the part to my routine.
