Hello All,

I have been doing PE on and off for last 1.5 years, but I realize this isn’t a good strategy to see gains. Like all things worth having in life, hard work and consistency is required. My stats are 6” (I think I’m doing BPEL measurements, not 100% sure though) and 4.5” girth. With that said, I’ve been adhering to a routine that I would appreciate your input on. It’s fairly basic but consists of the following:

1. I wear the phallosan forte extender pretty much the whole day at work, so that’s about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I tend to wear it around the mid yellow tension range if anyone is familiar with that device. I’ve been considering upping the hours (I’m not sure 40 hours a week is enough) to include some of the evening time and wearing it one day during the weekend - I want to take at least one day a week off, unless it’s not generally considered necessary.

Honestly, I don’t like the phallosan forte. It’s a pain in the ass in that it keeps slipping off your dick, which becomes even more of a problem after a few weeks use, when the sleeves start to lose their grip. Putting baby powder on the sleeves doesn’t solve the problem, it actually makes it worse by causing the sleeves to lose additional grip.

I am thus considering trying the size genetics extender instead. I’m not a fan of manual exercises.

2. For girth, I’ve running a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule using the Bathmate Hydromax X30. I get hard using porn, then pump for 7.5 minutes. At this point, I take a short break and crank my dick a bit to even out the blood flow, then get hard again and do another 7.5 minutes in the hydromax so I use it for a total of 15 minutes.

The challenge is to stop jerking off once you’ve started when you’re trying to get hard so you can get the maximum pumping benefit. There have been more than a few times where I just end up blowing my load, which obviously ends the pumping session right there and then before it’s even started.

I tend to hit about 7” length in the device when I pump. I also do kegels while I pump to kill two birds with one stone.

Occasionally, I’ll get edema from this, but it’s manageable. I also own a Penomet with all the gaiters (including the X85 green gaiter), but I prefer using the bathmate hydromax as I believe it creates more pressure.

In conclusion, if you see any areas where you think I can improve my routine for better results, please let me know. Although I’ve been aware of PE for over a year, I still consider myself a relative beginner. And thank you for your input!

I think, and probably many would agree, that you’re limiting yourself by not doing manual exercises. Manuals are the progenitors to PE as an entire phenomenon - that is, jelqing and stretching.

The main reasons I haven’t done manual exercises is because

1. I heard the pumps/extenders do the job just as well. And they are more time efficient.

2. I’ve also heard jelqing has the potential to damage or discolor your dick.

So I’m wondering if my routine as I’ve described it above still has the potential to deliver some solid gains (still working on getting my first 1” in length) without doing manual exercises. I would consider incorporating them if they have a significant value add over what I’m already doing.

Of course it has the potential to, but you’re in complete control over the pressure. What you’re saying is basically like “why ever learn to walk when I can just drive instead?”

A lot of times manuals even build into more complex and advanced exercises. If you don’t know what the basics are supposed to feel like, I don’t know, it just sounds like a recipe to overdo it and kill your boners. I’ve tried that route and trust me, the best case scenario is your erections get a little softer and you don’t really grow and hang up all the equipment and forget about it. Worst case scenario, which is actually a distinct and real possibility (don’t think you’re invulnerable, for the love of God), you put your dick out of commission. Maybe permanently.

Seems to be a commonality among people that happens to that they looked for fast, convenient gains in PE and forsaked safety.

Vissanick, I think your hrs are good on the pf but, I don’t think the pf pulls hard enough. Seeing your buying the size genetics take the pf and mount it on the sg. And buy the sleeves from lg hanger for it much better. Then it will pull hard! And your pumping I’d slowly work up my time some. Do you at least do inner and outer kegels? If not I def would. And why not ad in jelq after you pump. Then put a ring on to help hold the egorgment and help cement the gains. And when it comes to manuels, I would say the added exercises could make or make you. Could end up being to much work for your soldier to handle. And the stretcher gives at least to angles up or down. I could see soon the stretchers base will swivel to get more angles and we could do bundles with it.

Well I am very concerned with safety actually, which is why I tend to probably go too light if anything. First time I got edema from the bathmate hydromax freaked me out. However, my concern with jelqing is as I mentioned the potential to cause damage if done incorrectly - also the potential for discoloration. Whereas with the pumping and stretching with devices, it’s hard to do it wrong per se in regards to the technique, as long as you don’t over do it.

You could over due it with a pump and stretcher also. And your soldier could turn colors from pumping. Just gotta take it easy and work up to time and pressure. Especially in the pump. Your body will tell you if your doing to much so listen to it. Nobody can tell you if your doing to much or to little only your body can. What may be easy for you could be hard for me.
