This is the routine that I will be warming up into, please let me know what you think.

10 min Warm up

Stretch Forward/Kegel 25 times
Helicopters for 5 sec.
Repeat process for left, right, up and down.

Tunica stretch-20 seconds each direction

Wet jelq at 75% 100 times
V jelq 100 times

Kegel/Uli for 10 sec 3 times
Kegel/Uli for 25 sec 3 times

5 min warm down

Pump to full erection
Edge and continue to pump and keep veins dilated.

10min warm down

Rating routines that I haven’t done is kind of pointless. If you can handle it, I’m sure it’ll do wonders for you.

I think you should rate your routine. Is it working for you? Is your EQ higher after or worse? Are you growing or close to injury? No one can tell you what you are experiencing. I’ve always recommended, listen to your dick it will talk to you. Just don’t turn a deaf ear to it when it’s speaking.

Oh yea, totally I guess the title made it sound like an odd post sorry.

I was just seeing if some of the things I do are pointless or there are better ones to do in place of them.

I have never gotten any gains from PE but I am still trying, since 2008, off and on of course.

Just be consistent and don’t overdo it and you’ll see gains, no matter what you do.

One idea that I had, which I feel is doing good is the pumping while edging. I am trying to engorge the veins so that they will increase, and carry more blood. As I feel blood flow ability is one of the most important things. Does anyone else do this or know of someone using this method?

Ulis are good for this as well. So I usually pump, pull off, kegel, and uli for a short period, then edge to a small orgasm, which I tend to get a little softer after the spasms, then repeat process.

If it is working out for you I think it is great. Routines must be personalized for your specific goals and starting point.
