Questions about LOT
I’m new to PEing and am in my third week, I’m doing some light stretches but mostly jelqs.
I’ve read about LOT but it seems a bit confusing to find out my LOT. I’ve tried to work it out and it seems quite high, around 9, maybe a bit lower because I’m not too sure I have it right.
Could any of you guys who know about LOT explain it very simply
And suggest the type of stretches I should use if it is high I.e the angles, directions, length of stretches etc I should use?
Any help would be great!!
