I am a little confused.

Okay, when I stretch my member out. I have tried ever placement from completely down to completley up at my belly button. And the ONLY time I get a pull back is at 11:00 and 12:00.

Every other time kegelling does nothing.

Now from what I have read its best for me to do intense downward stretches, correct?

Would upward stretching benefit my gains at all? Help!

If you have a high LOT, downward stretching will give you the quickest potential gains as by lengthing the ligs you are allowing more of the shaft which is already there to be pulled away from the body and exposed for immediate use.

Upward stretching involves stressing and stretching the tunica, so it is a much slower process. If I were you, the majority of my stretching would be downward with that high of a LOT.
