Some Quick LOT Questions Please
I am a little confused.
Okay, when I stretch my member out. I have tried ever placement from completely down to completley up at my belly button. And the ONLY time I get a pull back is at 11:00 and 12:00.
Every other time kegelling does nothing.
Now from what I have read its best for me to do intense downward stretches, correct?
Would upward stretching benefit my gains at all? Help!
