Just starting. Has anyone used pro solution pills or used pro extender? Looks pretty good, was thinking about trying it, but thought I’d get some opinions. I need a little length, but especially girth!

The only true way to any gains, and this is coming from me skippy, is to follow the routines whole-heartedly. Warmups with jelq’s for the first few months, gradually adding in horse squeezes and some all day stretches. You have to hang if you want that length, jelqing alone will not bring it about.

Typically you will notice a major difference in 2-3 months. There is no instant gratification in life, hard work is at the root of all successes.

That is the best argument against pills I have heard yet mem. I wonder why someone hasn’t said this in the past? Or maybe they did and I missed it.

Extenders and stretchers work.

Not sure if you will gain much girth from and extender .. Jelqing and clamping is the way to go for that.
