Question on stretching
Quick question: I’ve seen routines that talk about stretching for ~20 minutes, and then when looking up the actual stretching technique, many of them say to hold the stretch for 10-30 seconds. So let’s say you are holding an individual stretch for 30 seconds, and doing a total stretch time of 20 minutes: how much time should you wait between each individual stretch? Just a second or two to “reposition,” or longer than that?
