Question about stretching
Hey guys this is my first thread. I am a newbie who started back in March and have had pretty decent gains so far. My question is about stretching. Lately when I do my manual stretches I have felt a pull so deep that it feels as if I am tugging into my groin muscles in my legs. I usually get this kind of stretch when I do JAI stretches and V-stretches. What I am mainly concerned with is the question of is this a good thing or a bad thing. I am hoping this is a phenomenal stretch, but I hope it is not a dangerous stretch. Anyone who knows about this I would greatly appreciate your impute.
I looked for this info, but haven’t come across talk of pulling in your groin muscles.
