Question on Girth Gains...

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone could shed some light on my problem. After my routine which consists of 50 dry jelqs with 5 ulis after every 10 jelqs, held for 5 secs each, I seem to be at the same measurement of girth as I was before the session. Does this mean that I’m not gonna gain? In other words, is an immediate increase in girth detrimental to girth gains?

Any responses will be warmly welcome as usual!

Well if you are just starting out, your unit may not be able to take a higher volume routine. Yes, I believe you should be bigger/plumped up after a session if you want to experience gains. If you are not experiencing this, your intensity is not likely as high as it needs to be.

However, like I said, you have to work up to it.

I think it depends more on your expansion during your workout.

Also you may be over doing it a bit. Try a lesser routine and see how it works out for you.

If you are just starting out, do the newbie routine. Then after a few months you can start working with the more advanced exercises. Newbie will get you conditioned so you are less likely to injure yourself.

I’ve pe’ing for about a year so I’m definately not new, seems as though I’m not intense enough in my session rather than it beingtoo much, as I’m experiencing no negative PI’s. By plumped up, do you mean just visually or is this founded on an actual erect measurement?

Oh yeah that makes sense. My dick is not expanding, I must be going at it too hard.

My penis never remained expanded after girth workout (dry jelqing and/or clamping), yet I still managed to gain 0.2” (with length oriented workout).


Start • 5.94''x4.92''

Now • 6.50''x4.96''

Goal • 7.00''x5.75''

You said it seems to be the same. Did you actually measure? I measured once after a 400 jelq session followed by 5 super intense ulis. I had gone from 5.5 to almost 5.75.

If the intensity is too high you can get less expansion in particular from the lower resultant EQ. More clear ? :)

alin- I agree with you explanation, however, my EQ has if anything increased so it must not be too intense, also, there would be some physical signs from a high intensity jelq, notably red spots on the head from my experience.

quickbeam- yes I did indeed measure it right after I worked out, with no obvious increase.
Did you obtain this increase permanently? Sounds like swelling to me…

Just dying for that 6” girth lol, oh well :(

No it was a temporary increase. I went back down to 5.5. that is extremely odd. You should at least gain some temporary expansion.

Don’t oh well!

Squeeze that sucker! Anyone who has had any substantial gains (with picture proof), has had post workout expansion, and more than likely discoloration issues and temporary decrease in EQ.
