Hey so I just started PE did some jelqing to get the hang of it. Now I’m going to fallow the LINEAR ROUTINE for newbies but I was wondering what should I do after 2 months when I’m finished with this? I really have no idea what to do and don’t want to be at the that point after 2 months thinking buy myself what I’m I suppose to do now. I like to plane things ahead. So for the pros here what do you guys suggest me doing after those 2 months? LINEAR ROUTINE for advanced maybe? And for how long should I do that then and what should I do after that?.

The best thing you can do is plan your future PE based on what’s worked or not worked in the past. If the linear newbie routine is giving you good gains then it would be best to stick with it. If it’s not, you have to look at your options. There are plenty of people who’ve continued for 6 months with the newbie routine and gained. Penis Enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint, so you need to be thinking long term but it’s worth trying to get in the zone of what’s best for you and it’s really hard to say what that is if you don’t have experience. Jelqing properly is something that will probably take some time to master anyway, there are some advanced techniques that you can bring in to your routine without changing it too much.

Ok thanks for the quick reaction. I will keep measuring and when I stop getting gains I’ll make a new post. For some advice.

So Did my first session today. Now I got 2 very small bruises on my dick. Is this normal or did I do it to hard? Tomorrow I got a rest day so I hope its gone buy Wednesday so I can do another session. Anyone got any advise for me?

So the bruises are normal? I don’t want to fuck up my dick man. Or lose length and stuff

I don’t know about bruises—I haven’t really heard of them when jelqing, but it sounds like you may be squeezing too hard? Where are the bruises? Are they painful/tender, like a normal bruise?

Bruises are not normal especially for a mewbie . You overdid it. Take a little time off until it’s completely healed. You don’t wan’t to permanently damage your dick, do you? When you restart take the exercises slow and remember, just because you squeeze harder it doesn’t mean it will grow faster on the contrary it may make your gains come harder because the penis gets over-conditioned. Considering you got an injury so early on maybe you should read a little more and gain more general knowledge on the subject before continuing as to avoid future more serious injuries. I recommend the Injuries section of the forum.


Starting 20/02/2013: NBPEL 6 inches; EG 5,85 inches

Current : 7.2 NBPEL

Second Goal : NBPEL 8 inches; EG 6 inches

Congrats on finding the Linear Routine, I wish I would have when I started (would’ve avoided nightmarish injury). I’d say make your decision at 4 months instead of at 2. If after 4 months you have nothing, I’d say step it up to somewhere around the newbie routine (but start in the lower end of what it recommends). If you have gains after 4 months, I’d say stick with exactly what you are doing (linear routine) until it stops giving you gains.

Ok cool so I have to wait till the bruise is gone for my next jelqing session. It isn’t that big so how long do you guys think it will take before I can start again?

I’d say wait until bruise is gone and you feel healed, then wait another week. PE is not something to mess around with, it can be very dangerous. You’re constantly walking a fine line btwn injury and gains. Don’t be in a rush for gains - view it as a lifelong project.
