Hi guys, I have tried several times to go through with jelqing. Every time, I lose interest and give up.

This time, I am going to give it one last shot.
Honestly though, I am not convinced that it works. I heard a popular sex doctor say on her television show that there is no way a penis can be enlarged. Coming from a pro, I may believe her.

Also, the Internet is filled with lies. Anyone can say whatever they want as there is no control or laws on the net.

I’ve seen before’s and after photos but I really want to know if I’m wasting my time. Here is my schedule.

I was jelqing for 15 minutes a day with baby oil as a lubrication.
I soaked my penis in hot water before and after for 3 minutes each and I stretched it for a few minutes after the session. I maintain a semi erection throughout. It gets firm but will still hang if I let go of it. I also do Kegels while I jelq for the obvious benefits but also to keep the blood flowing to the penis. After a week, a part of my foreskin got a little raw from the friction. I then did more research and learned that a day off in between is better as it allows time for growth to occur. Is my plan OK?

If I have to jelq for 30 minutes, I may have to stop. I don’t have time for that at all. I am trying to get into shape at the same time and that in itself takes up time in my busy day.

I want to read some replies with hard evidence that jelqing indeed works.
I am currently taking Lecithin as a supplement to increase my sperm quantity. I haven’t yet seen a noticeable difference.

I am currently 6 inches when hard but I want more.
When I’m not hard, my penis looks very small. I hate that! It would look bad being hard in a public shower but it looks bad when its not hard also.

My ideal would be 7 inches hard and 4 inches not hard.

…..so, are we wasting our time jelqing or what?

I bet you’re talking about Sue Johanson (or something like that), who’s based in Canada? I’ve heard her say that plenty of times. She also believes penis size is determined by height, which is not true. She also doesn’t have a penis.

Along with jelqing, you should be doing some kind of stretch routine. Jelqing 15 minutes is a good amount of time as long as you make each stroke count. Since you’re starting out, try just 10 minutes of jelqing for a month or so, and build up to 15 minutes.

Also, some may gain with more days off, and some may gain with no days off. This is something that you will have to experiment with because everyone is different.

Just make sure you take it easy at first. Start out with 5 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes jelqing and work your way up over time. This way, you’ll get use to doing a routine without injuring yourself. Good luck, and I hope you become a believer!

I also think that SuperStroker is right, add some stretching into your routine. Don’t overdue it at first. Later once your penis gets used to it, you can do more extreme exercises.

Well not to sound like a mysoginist but I will take the word of my peers here on the forum over some chick who doesn’t even own a dick any day.

Like you my main concern was flaccid size and after a year it has improved a great deal. It no longer shrivels up when I am drunk and have to share the trough in the pub bathroom so I can just stroll in and take my place in the middle of the group and be confident doing what I have to do.

I haven’t had much erect gain but I can’t say I have been overly consistent with my regime. As always patience, determination and effort will pay off and you will get what you work for.

Great handle by the way! I am a female, so therefore I do not own a penis, but I know this stuff works! I’ve seen the results of PE with my own eyes, I’ve helped my boyfriend do his exercises.

I can tell you that results are not going to happen overnight, it takes time. Patience is a big key, so is consistency. If you don’t do the exercises, you won’t get gains. Listen to the others here, they have the experience that will help you. And most in the medical field do not believe that you can get gains, there are exceptions to that rule as well. Thunders has several doctors as members and they have ALL gotten gains.

You as an individual will choose to listen to whomever you wish to. It is your free choice. I just hope that you listen to the men here, and us women who have seen the results, and accomplish your goals. Good luck to you.

Whether you continue with PE or not, or whether you believe the reports of our gains or not, will not add or subtract anything from my life. That being said, what I offer you is only in the interest of trying to help, to give back a little - considering all that I’ve gotten from this place.

I’ve increased my starting penile mass by nearly 70%, before hitting a plateau. I’ve recently jump-started my gains by doing a modified routine, inspired by luvdadus. Here’s what I would recommend for you….

Punctuated Routine

Frequency: 5 days per week

Duration: Repeated, but brief.

Try doing 3 or 4 workouts each day (one in a.m., one before bed - and the other 2 sometime during the day). Try to evenly breakdown about 250 dry jelqs & about 20 minutes of stretching.

My a.m. & p.m. workouts are the longest, since I can control the time the best during those periods.

Try this:

a.m. & p.m. -> 75-85 slow, strong dry jelqs, with about 6-7 minutes of stretching. Stretch forcefully, pulling both above & below your LOT.

afternoon(s) -> do about 50 slow, strong dry jelqs, with about 2-3 minutes of stretching.

I often do my afternoon jelqs in a bathroom at work. You don’t have to worry about your warmups during the afternoon sessions; warmup in a.m. & p.m., if you wish.

There is a great cumulative effect from these workouts; and, since they’re brief & not too demanding, they’re easy to stick with. And the totals sure add up….during the 1st week you’ll do about 1,250 dry jelqs (5 x 250). Add about 50 jelqs each week to your daily numbers (i.e., week 1 = 250 x 5, week 2 = 300 x 5, week 3 = 350 x 5, etc., etc.).

Also, raise your stretching times from about 15-20 minutes per day, gradually, to about 35-45 minutes per day.

Workout so you feel it. Give the ol’ schnitzel a good pounding. Drink plenty of water, try to avoid smoking, excess caffeine, excess alcohol, etc. A general fitness routine might also help.

Give the above routine at least 6 months (I noticed a difference in only about 3.5 weeks).

Yes it is and skepticism is extremely healthy.

Whatever anyone says there is no need to pay anyone any money for anything related to PE. You may choose to do so but its probably worth reading a lot before you do.

You seem to have too little time for hanging ( at least 1 hr ) or jelquing.
The third option will be to use an ADS device such as the Penimaster.

You wear this under clothing for 3 to 6 hrs. per day AND THAT’S IT. Noticeable gains should be within 2 to 4 months, from what I’ve read here.
You can do a search on these ADS products ( Penimaster, Penistretcher, & PenisPlus ) and their effectiveness. You can also build one for $3.

You will notice that there is far more to PE than just these ADS devices if you have the time - if you want to make the time.

I love our little cult and in a way I hope PE does not go mainstream although someday it will like breast enlargement. Non-believers make our gains special and even those that believe but do not have the guts to go through the grueling hundreds of hours keep it special. Not everyone, especially skeptics, is willing to climb Mount Everest to get a bigger dick, but I AM.

I think the point of it was to show one person’s gains through PE. I mean, a 12” dick? That’s insane.

I think the point of it is to lure the skeptical and the ignorant and making money off them while showing off his big schlong. More power to him.

As long as PE stays a myth in the western world, there is money to be siphoned through easy means.
