Question concerning stretching
When I am stretching, I don’t know if it’s the skin I feel stretching or what. I am mainly stretching upwards and using the V-Stretch to stretch my tunica but for some reason I think it’s tougher than I am anticipating. I don’t feel any soreness at all if I’m just stretching. Is this right? Or should I feel slightly sore. Even if I don’t feel sore is it still working or should I make the stretch a bit more intense? I do feel a bit sore after jelqing though which I assume to be a good sign. But anyways, how intense should my stretch be?
On a side note, I have been doing the P90X Ab Ripper and my lower abdominal area is incredibly sore. So I just don’t really know what to make of this all. I guess the overall question is, should my tunica feel sore if I am doing upward stretches throughout the day and then after my jelqing session?
