Question about the Newbie Routine?
I was wondering if it makes a difference if I go every other day…vs 2 days on 1 day off…I started this about 1 year ago. Some fellow members suggested I take 3 1/2 weeks off. I restarted with the newbie routine for about 1 month just to get myself warmed up. I figure if I get 4-5 times a week I should be good to go. What do you think?
