Question about stretching and girth

Question about stretching and girth

Simple question: Should you be erect, semi, or flaccid while doing basic stretching?

Also, on a completely different note: What are the best exercises for girth gains?

Start; NBPEL: 6.0" EG: 4.4" (August, 2009)

Goal; NBPEL: 7.0" EG: 6.0"

Struggling with EQ, caffeine addiction and being overweight :-(

Semi erect is my choice as you are protecting from damage. Particularly in the early stages of your exercising

I think your best move here is do a search on girth and girth gains That will give you a choice of routines that guys have used.

Don't be a lurker left out in the cold. :lurk: Join the happy band of donors!

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

Stretching should be done flaccid, or just slightly engorged. Erect stretching could be very dangerous!

Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

I think petitfaun may have thought you were asking about jelqing.

Stretching should be done flaccid. You can’t really stretch effectively with an erection or semi-erection, anyway.

The best exercise for girth gains, for many guys, is actually just the normal jelqing that should be a part of your newbie routine for your first few months. It would be safe to add in some low-pressure pumping a little later on, if you’re finding girth gains difficult. Avoid anything like clamping until you’ve thoroughly conditioned your cock and eked out all gains from ordinary jelqing/pumping.
