Question about Stretches.
Okay, so I recently started PE and so I’m still pretty new. I have been doing stretches with my slightly modified version of the Newbie Routine. I heard from others who commented on my routine that it’s a good routine, but lately, I noticed something. I’m pretty sure it’s from stretches, but yeah. I have these pains around the base of my penis throughout the day. It’s nothing that’s uncomfortable or anything, I can just feel it all the time. It doesn’t really hurt, it’s just different from before when I couldn’t really feel anything down there.
Is this normal? Should I lower the intensity of my routine? Or was I right about this, and it’s just the tendons stretching and healing themselves. It would be greatly appreciated for more information on this as I couldn’t really find anything on this particular situation from the Search feature. Thanks for any help.
