Question about routine

Question about routine

I have heard and read that it is best to do length work before girth. But my current routine consists of manual stretching, jelqing, and clamping. Is this okay? Will I gain both length and girth simultaneously?

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

They say once you get more girth it gets harder to stretch your dick because it’s thicker, so i guess it could vary depending how close you are to your ideal length.

I thought it was customary to work both length and girth at the same time

There is no definitive answer to this question. With a routine like yours, it is most likely you will gain length and girth concurrently. There is anecdotal evidence for both sides suggesting that girth work will inhibit future legnths and also that it will not. In light of this, some people decide to do all their length work first, in order to ‘play it safe’, since there is no suggestion length work will inhibit girth gains. However, doing this will naturally mean that you will definately (probably) not be gaining any girth for the duration of your length gaining, which would frustrate some.

The length vs. girth debate is one that has merit on both sides. I’ve heard of hangers who have gained girth where the hanger clamps and clampers who have gained length from maximizing the expansion of the tunica. I think if you approach the idea of making the penis larger from a holistic perspective (EQ, lengthening, widening) that you will find your growth to be more immediately pleasing and usable.

So, all things considered, should I carry on with my routine of stretching, jelqing, and clamping?

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

I’m not willing to sacrifice overall gains for one dimensional gains. I have a routine that includes hanging, clamping and a vacuum ADS with a JES extender (I haven’t started using the ADS yet). I tend to think hitting it from all angles, figuratively speaking, makes the most sense. The idea of trying to get long and thin for a year before working on girth doesn’t sound too appealing for my sex life over the next year. I especially don’t subscribe to the idea of doing less with your penis due to a theory. I would venture to say that there are far more who under-train than those who over-train. The only real reasons to ease up on your routine should be due to soreness, injury, or a deconditioning break (IMO). I say do as much as you possibly can to make your penis healthy, veiny, thick, and long and to not worry about theories about combinations of exercises, length vs. girth, etc.

Most of the exercises regularly discussed here work, and they work well. Try them all and see which ones work best with an open mind. You will probably find that at least one exercise surprises you in a good way and another that just doesn’t work well for you. The only way you’re going to find out is if you try them out.

So the overall conclusion from my perspective is that you should continue the multi-faceted routine.

I think I agree

Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

Definitely continue doing both and length together. I think i worded my post incorrectly if u thought i was advising to do one over the other.
